Transforming of Cassava Process to Foods

Cassava Crops can be transform to different kinds of foods like,

• White Cassava Flour (Elubo)
• Flour(use for Cake and others)
• Fufu
• Garium (Gari)
• Cassava Yam

WHITE CASSAVA FLOUR (ELUBO)

• Before any process, you need to buy or harvesting Raw Cassava 
  
  
  
• After that, peel its back off on that day harvested as fresh (so as to make the cassava soft in time and never more than 3days). 
• Then Soak in water for minimum of 3days.
   

  
  
  
  Note: don't place it where rain or dew could fell into it.
• After 3days, watch it out from the water to seperate plastic.
  
  
  

• After that, get the empty bag of rice because it has good holes 
• And pour all the cassava into it
• Then tie it's neck on Straight stick or any straight ion look like stick
• After tighting it, then squeeze the stick-tighting it more and more and you will see the water that's in the cassava coming out. Tighting it more and more untill it can't be squeeze again. 
• Then look for the heavy stones or any heavy things and place it on it.
  
  
• Then leave for some while, this can be for minutes, hours, or Day depend on how hasting you are to make your production ready.
• After you see that all the water in the cassava has thoroughly dried off, then loose the bag of rice
• and pour out the cassava to plastic or container, carry it to where the sun could dry it easily. 
• Then use your hand to squeeze the cassava on the either floor or tray, or flat rock surface, or anything you could use to dry it by the sun. 
  
  
  
• Be watching it until when it's totally dried off from water by the sun (Becareful, birds and goats are feeding on it).

Note: This may cost you day, or days. But don't let rain or dew to fell on it or spend night outside anytime drying your cassava flour production.

Finally, gather all together to Sack bag of rice, or sugar, or Beans, or Container,

• Go grind it and your cassava flour is ready either for sale or to eat.  .

You can fetch your money in two ways, either Sell it immediately finish drying off from water (after sun dry) or After Grinding turning it to flour.
